What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered social work that empowers adults with care and support needs.
- Champion the principles of the Care Act 2014 using a strengths-based approach.

- Uphold statutory responsibilities while promoting independence and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Social Worker (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Good understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and DoLS
- A commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive practice
