Knowsley Council’s Young People’s Team is recruiting a Social Worker to support older Looked after Children and Care Leavers 18+ with housing, education and independence planning. You will work in partnership with Liquid Personnel to deliver high-quality social care and contribute to ongoing improvement within Knowsley CSC.
