Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Mental Health Teams within a progressive South West London Borough. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward‑thinking service that invests heavily in its staff and promotes career development.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs, risks, and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm
- Work in partnership with service users and carers using a person‑centred approach
- Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in line with strengths‑based practice
Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England
- Successful completion of ASYE
- Post‑qualifying experience within Adult Social Care
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Right to work in the UK
