About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to perform Care Act Assessments and Reviews (CAAR) in Wirral. This role is crucial in enhancing service delivery and supporting individuals in need. If you're passionate about making a difference, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews, requiring sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
  • Perform Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and best interest assessments.
  • Have strong knowledge, experience, and skills in safeguarding to protect vulnerable adults effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • SWE registration.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work.
  • Full UK licence.
