About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to perform Care Act Assessments and Reviews (CAAR) in Wirral. This role is crucial in enhancing service delivery and supporting individuals in need. If you're passionate about making a difference, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Undertake Care Act assessments and reviews, requiring sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Perform Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and best interest assessments.
- Have strong knowledge, experience, and skills in safeguarding to protect vulnerable adults effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- SWE registration.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
- At least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work.
- Full UK licence.
