About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Principal Officer to join Birmingham Children’s Trust.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Chair child protection conferences, requiring some managerial experience.
- Understand, analyse, and present a child's situation and lived experience within the conference setting.
- Effective communication with children and young people is essential.
- Work collaboratively with parents, children, and a wide range of professionals.
- Willingness to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and receiving support from them.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK license.
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
