Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join its client's team in Coventry.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage complex caseloads assigned by a Team Manager, including planned intensive interventions for parents, carers, children in need, children under protection, and looked‑after children and young people.
- Implement, monitor, and review care plans through multi‑agency meetings.
- Develop effective partnerships with families and carers.
- Collaborate with professionals to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records using management information systems (MIS).
- Prepare reports for court and statutory panels.
- Adhere to the Social Work England Professional Code of Practice for Social Workers.
- Flexibility to work outside office hours is required to meet client needs.
