Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of intelligent warehouse management system (WMS) projects, including project research, business blueprint design, functional requirement documentation, system configuration, data preparation, user training, and go-live support to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Liaise with R&D teams to communicate requirements, track software development progress, and oversee testing phases.
- During system integration and go-live stages, take charge of issue resolution on-site to accelerate project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth implementation.
- Summarize project experiences, produce internal training materials and industry-specific case studies, actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to the company’s implementation methodology.
Requirements
- Expertise in WMS functionality and implementation methodologies, with hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, or consulting on at least one mainstream WMS product (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
- Deep domain knowledge in one or more logistics/supply chain industries (e.g., e-commerce, retail, apparel, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, 3PL) and ability to distill industry best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of persuading and guiding clients and cross-functional teams with structured reasoning. Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Self-driven problem-solver with a proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work independently under pressure.
