We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across West London.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and general building services tasks while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service are maintained at all times.
- Key duties include:
- Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance
- Completing fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works
- Supporting small project and refurbishment works
- Working to SLA response and completion times
- Updating jobs and reports through the CAFM/PDA system
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
- Maintaining accurate service records and reporting follow-on works
- Supporting with additional multi-skilled maintenance tasks when required
- Participating in an out-of-hours callout rota on a rota basis
Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- City & Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within facilities maintenance or building services
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
