Role
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Renewable Heating Engineer. Covering contracts across the Midlands, you will be primarily responsible for the installation and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump systems and general heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- To undertake general renewable heating duties including site surveys, installations, handovers, repairs, servicing, and associated works.
- To undertake the installation of domestic heating systems in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, industry best practice codes and legislation.
- To adhere to manufacturer's instructions when servicing, repairing, or installing appliances.
- To record completed works and maintain accurate records of work carried out including pictures, measurements, and calculations where appropriate.
- To regularly collaborate with engineers and other company employees to ensure smooth delivery of all projects.
- To appropriately represent the company when travelling and when on-site, even consulting with clients to provide recommendations and advice.
- To carry out any other general heating works required.
Requirements:
- NVQ/City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
- Experience on ASHP's
- Can read and interpret technical drawings, find faults, and diagnose system issues
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
