Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer (Renewables) to join our growing renewables installation team. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar PV systems, with some work including battery storage, EV chargers, and wider renewable technologies.
Responsibilities
- Installing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
- Wiring, connecting, and commissioning inverters, battery storage units, and associated equipment
- Completing basic electrical upgrades and remedial work
- Troubleshooting system issues and carrying out maintenance/repairs
- Diagnose and repair faults on solar arrays, inverters, and associated electrical systems
- Working at height and following all relevant safety procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear job documentation
