What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling high‑quality products including sash windows, casement windows, and aluminium doors.
- Preparing, machining, welding, reinforcing, and glazing profiles for assembly.
- Installing ancillaries such as hardware and astragal bars.
- Using basic maths skills for accurate measurements and dimensions.
- Maintaining excellent quality standards, identifying and escalating any defects.
- Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Helping to onboard and train new starters in line with our standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Great attention to detail and ability to follow clear processes.
- A self‑motivated, can‑do attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Previous experience with PVCu or Aluminium is an advantage but not essential.
- A commitment to producing work to high standards while meeting targets.
- Reliability, good time‑keeping, and a strong focus on health & safety.
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills through further training.
