Prepare, manage, and track quotations for newbuild and large-scale residential projects using Business Micros Evolution or equivalent software. Work with developers, builders, and installers to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications and project details. Maintain ownership of the quotation process through to order confirmation and support the sales team in converting enquiries to confirmed orders. Act as the central point of contact between external stakeholders and internal departments. Manage project timelines and communicate clearly across all parties to ensure smooth progression from quote to manufacture. Ensure all project details are accurately documented and shared across relevant teams within CRM and internal tracking systems. Quickly identify potential risks, delays, or changes, and coordinate with the appropriate departments to put solutions in place. Support customers with product information, sample requests, and relevant documentation when required. Support the Sales Team in maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure that customer expectations are effectively managed and exceeded wherever possible. Report on key project KPIs, including quotation response times, conversion rates, and project progress.
