Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of shift performance across output, quality, safety and efficiency
- Plan and manage labour to meet production demand
- Monitor performance, identify issues early and take corrective action
- Ensure clear communication and accurate shift handovers
- Lead, coach and develop supervisors and operators
- Address performance, attendance and behavioural issues

Are you a strong production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best out of people, processes and performance? Quickslide is looking for a Production Shift Manager to take full ownership of shift operations across our manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for delivering results today while driving improvements for tomorrow. You’ll lead from the front, managing output, quality, safety and efficiency, while building a high‑performing, accountable team. You’ll be responsible for leading production activity across one or more departments, ensuring targets for output, quality, safety and delivery are consistently achieved. Acting as the central point of control during your shift, you’ll manage labour, monitor performance and respond quickly to any risks or issues. You’ll also play a key role in improving how the department operates, using data and practical problem‑solving to raise standards over time.

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
- Strong track record of managing output, KPIs and operational performance
