Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Act as the primary internal point of contact for customer queries, updates, and issue resolution. Collaborate closely with the External Business Development Manager to identify and maximise growth opportunities. Support the Order Processing Team by ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently. Work cross-functionally with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client projects. Handle customer concerns proactively, maintaining a solutions-driven and customer-first attitude. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to the sales team. Assist in the preparation of quotes, tenders, and proposals when required. Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the business.
