Main Responsibilities

  • Assembling high-quality products including sash windows, casement windows, and aluminium doors.
  • Preparing, machining, welding, reinforcing, and glazing profiles for assembly.
  • Installing ancillaries such as hardware and astragal bars.
  • Using basic maths skills for accurate measurements and dimensions.
  • Maintaining excellent quality standards, identifying and escalating any defects.
  • Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Helping to onboard and train new starters in line with our standards.
