Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled TikTok Shop Manager to manage and grow our TikTok Shop UK. The ideal candidate must have experience handling dropshipping, private label, wholesale, and white label business models. This is a full-time, multitasking role, and the candidate must not be engaged in any other job while working with us.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Management: Handle all aspects of listing, pricing, and optimization for product sales.
Affiliate & Influencer Outreach: Contact and collaborate with affiliators and influencers to drive sales.
GMV Ads & Marketing: Plan and execute GMV ads and marketing campaigns to maximize revenue.
Product Research & Sourcing: Identify winning products using TikTok trends, market analysis, and supplier connections.
TikTok Shop Tools & Reports: Create ROI reports, costing sheets, and analyze TikTok shop performance.
Buyer Account Handling: Manage customer queries, disputes, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Video Content Creation & Posting: Plan, create, and post engaging videos for product promotion.
Creative Listings & Image Editing: Optimize listings with compelling content and high-quality visuals.
Customer & Distributor Communication: Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers, affiliates, TikTok support, agencies, and distributors.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing a TikTok Shop.
Proven expertise in dropshipping, private label, wholesale, and white label models.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop tools, GMV ad management, and affiliate marketing.
Skilled in product research, sourcing, and ROI calculations.
Experience in video content creation, posting, and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in creative product listing and image editing.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) for smooth communication.
Full-time availability – no other job commitments.
