Quickparts is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for French and English‑speaking prospects across EMEA.
This is a dynamic role combining proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
You will be deeply embedded in our sales process—researching accounts, qualifying leads, booking critical meetings, and taking lower‑value deals through to close yourself—helping customers move from design to production faster.
- What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and research target accounts in French using calling, email, and Linked In to generate new opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by Marketing (web enquiries, content downloads, event leads) in French and English.
- Provide joint outbound coverage of the UK market alongside your SDR colleagues.
- Engage with prospects to understand their manufacturing requirements, challenges, and buying timelines.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (need, timeline, budget, and fit) using established frameworks.
- Schedule qualified meetings and deliver warm handovers to Sales Managers for projects requiring technical sales engineers.
- Take ownership of and close low‑value deals that do not require technical input.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activity, lead status, and pipeline stages in our CRM (Hub Spot / CPQ).
- Track and report on meeting quality, lead outcomes, and conversion rates against agreed KPIs.
- Partner closely with Marketing to provide frontline insight into market trends, customer objections, and messaging effectiveness for the French market.
- What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent French, and fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Entry‑level or graduate candidate (full training provided); prior sales or customer‑facing experience is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales or business development within manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident on the phone and by email.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards targets.
- Comfortable balancing proactive outbound prospecting with inbound lead qualification and follow‑through.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Based within commuting distance of High Wycombe, or willing to relocate, working a minimum of three days per week on‑site.
