Quickparts is hiring a Shipping and Logistics Operator to coordinate and perform all activities related to the packaging, documentation, traceability, and shipment of company products. You will ensure that parts are properly inspected, packaged, documented, and shipped in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable export regulations. You will own the shipping process, manage multiple shipping activities simultaneously, and be the driving force behind accurate, compliant, and timely deliveries.

What You’ll Do

  • Package parts according to internal procedures and customer‑specific requirements, including building custom shipping fixtures when required
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts prior to packaging to verify compliance with specifications
  • Prepare and complete all required shipping documentation including packing slips, inspection documents, shipping labels, work orders, and bills of lading
  • Process, track, verify, and route shipments using company shipping software and carrier systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx)
  • Ensure full traceability of shipped products, including part numbers, serial numbers, lot numbers, and related documentation
  • Ensure shipments comply with export control regulations and verify export documentation prior to the release of goods
  • Manage warehouse inventory related to shipping activities, monitor supplies, and order packaging materials
  • Respond to inquiries and provide shipping and logistics support to project managers, sales managers, and other internal teams
  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities, support shipping personnel, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Experience with shipping carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, or similar)
  • Familiarity with export control procedures and international shipping regulations
  • Knowledge of product traceability requirements and documentation control
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools for dimensional inspection
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and shipping software systems
  • Ability to lift and move packages, and stand/move within warehouse areas for extended periods
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, basic 2D/3D CAD knowledge, and previous supervisory experience are a plus
