Head Chef
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation at our Bar. This is a handsβon leadership role, responsible for delivering consistently high-quality food while managing kitchen performance, costs, and team development.
In this role you will have a say in the menu choices.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of menu delivery, kitchen standards, and team management, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis
- Plan, develop, and deliver menus in line with the brand and customer expectations
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Manage food costs, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Train, develop, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Oversee kitchen rota planning, staffing levels, and performance management
- Work closely with senior management to drive quality, consistency, and profitability
