Summary
We're looking for an experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our growing transport operation based in Widnes. You'll be driving modern articulated vehicles with curtain-sided trailers, delivering goods across the UK while representing Quickline Logistics with professionalism and pride.
Responsibilities
- Driving Class 1 articulated vehicles with curtain-sided trailers
- Completing nationwide deliveries and collections
- Tramping Monday to Friday with 4 nights out each week
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
- Completing delivery paperwork and PODs accurately
- Following Drivers Hours and Working Time Regulations
- Providing excellent customer service at all points
What we are Looking For:
- Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
- Maximum of 3 penalty points
- Experience with curtain-sided trailers preferred
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
- Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, safety conscious and customer focused
