  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of core/backhaul activities across all four Project Gigabit lots.
  • Manage third-party vendors providing lit, dark fibre, and self-built spans.
  • Work closely with access network resources to ensure seamless integration and delivery of core/backhaul elements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates to the BDUK Programme Manager and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients.
