Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Social Values Executive with a love of delivering outreach activities to schools and community groups. This is a great opportunity for a trainee or graduate with a desire to work with local communities, charities and education and outreach services. An awareness of Social Value practices is a bonus; however, this can be taught.

You will work within Yorkshire or Lincolnshire where you will be delivering educational sessions in schools and colleges so strong presentation and public speaking skills are a must! This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours, you will be out and about most days delivering outreach activities in various locations across Yorkshire & Lincolnshire depending on your location.

  • You will be delivering outreach activities or taking part in events at schools, colleges, community groups or similar. This may be on your own or with other members of the team.
  • Establish and manage community engagement partnerships (schools, community groups, charities etc) as part of Quickline's Social Value strategy.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to support with the development and delivery of programmes such as employability skills, online safety and local business and community engagement.
  • Monitor and report on social value activity.
  • Become a STEM ambassador and deliver STEM activities.
  • Work with Quickline teams to integrate social values throughout the business. Develop opportunities to increase employee volunteer engagement, fostering a culture of giving back. Utilise social media to share team achievements and community impact.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent people skills with the ability to establish good professional relationships.
  • Experience in outreach, training, community engagement, social value or a CSR role is preferred but not essential.
  • Passionate about people, with an understanding of how keeping employees and communities engaged can have a positive impact on project outcomes.
  • IT literate with a solid understanding of the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • UK Driving License is essential.
