This role will be based across locations in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, working hours are Monday to Saturday.

- Supporting your Team Leader in the daily coordination and delivery of FTTP installation tasks — including pre-builds, customer installations, surveys, and break-fix activities.
- Leading by example — hands-on installation of broadband services via overhead and underground fibre, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship and customer experience.
- Overseeing compliance across your team by performing regular Health & Safety and Quality Assurance checks.
- Conducting live and retrospective audits each month to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Stepping into the Team Leader role when needed, ensuring smooth project execution and team performance.

- You've previously held a senior or supervisory role, leading teams in the telecoms or FTTP field.
- You're well-versed in street works regulations, with a solid understanding of NRSWA compliance.
- You hold the following qualifications: S1 – Monitoring signing, lighting & guarding; SA001 & SA002 – Overhead and underground safety; S7 & S8 – Sub-duct and fibre cable installation (PIA).
- You take pride in delivering excellent customer service — and making real connections, both technically and personally.
- You hold a full, clean UK driving licence and are happy travelling to different sites.
