- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
- Define and document business processes, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Act as the lead Senior Business Analyst representing the IT function on major projects and digital initiatives.
- Play a key role in our transformation journey, particularly in the end-to-end implementation of a Salesforce platform.
- Analyse KPIs and data insights to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support project delivery by gathering requirements and creating high quality documentation including user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users - translating the nontechnical into technical, and vice versa.
