Our mission relies on a team delivering customer-centric, data-driven transformation outcomes, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a central role in enterprise-wide digital transformation across systems, processes, and end-to-end customer journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Lead meaningful transformation - play a key role in delivering our digital transformation across systems, processes and capabilities
  • Strategic + hands on - translate business strategy into actionable outcomes and own detailed analysis using Agile practices
  • Influence at senior level - partner with stakeholders, architects and vendors to drive the right outcomes
  • Step into leadership - deputise for the Head of Digital Transformation and help shape team direction
  • Build capability - define modern BA practices (Agile, product led, data-driven) and mentor others
  • Drive real, measurable change - using KPIs, insight and data to validate outcomes and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • A strong track record operating as a Senior Business Analyst within digital or transformation environments
  • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • Highly capable in eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements using Agile artefacts such as user stories and backlog management
  • Comfortable working with CRM and ITSM platforms (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
  • Confidence to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
  • Proven ability to collaborate with architects and third-party vendors to shape and deliver solutions
