Shape meaningful digital change by influencing how systems, processes, and data work across the business.
Partner closely with technology teams to identify, develop and deliver solutions, to streamline processes.
Implement process management frameworks to monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and initiatives.
Provide expert knowledge and training to teams on new processes and systems excellence
Here s why you ll be great in this role
Bring a proven ability to drive digital or continuous improvement initiatives from insight through to delivery, ideally within a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and translate data into practical solutions.
Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes through collaboration.
Experience of Salesforce and / or Certinia administration, particularly around development of reporting is highly desirable
