Here’s why you’ll love this role…

  • You’ll lead and shape the HR Operations function, setting standards and improving how HR supports the business.
  • Own and enhance the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Play a key role in implementing a new HRIS and driving digital transformation.
  • Plan and coordinate line manager training on core HR policies, processes and procedures to build confidence and consistency in people management.
  • Work closely with leaders to influence decision-making through people insights and data.

  • Strong background in HR operations with experience leading or managing a team.
  • Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Confident handling employee relations cases and advising managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience improving HR processes, service delivery or operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, data, reporting and operational metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, employment law and compliance requirements.
