Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we’re looking for a HR Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Quicklines HR function. Here's why you'll love this role... - Take ownership of HR administration, from preparing contracts to keeping employee records accurate and up to date. - Provide administrative and practical support across employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management processes. - Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to assisting with offboarding and leaver processes. - Act as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees. - Assist with the preparation of HR reports, people data and management information. Here’s why you’ll be great in this role… - Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role. - Experience supporting employee relations processes, including disciplinaries and grievances. - Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. - Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. - CIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards it, or willing to work towards a professional HR qualification.
