  • Supporting the wider team on delivering Health and Safety initiatives across the business
  • You will visit our build sites across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire to ensure we are embedding our Health and Safety culture and keeping our employees safe
  • Coaching and advising managers, and training and inducting teams on managing the Health and Safety aspects of their day-to-day work
  • Acting as a safety champion by promoting safe working practices and behaviours across our sites
  • Supporting the development and maintain the HSEQ Management System aligned to ISO 45001, 14001, 9001

Here's why you'll be great in this role...

  • You have previous experience working in a site based Health and Safety role
  • Minimum of NEBOSH General or construction certificate
  • You have managed incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • If you have experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, or internal audit training, would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • You hold a Full UK driving licence
