We're Quickline, and we believe everyone deserves great internet. Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to actively monitor and support our internal and external build teams in identifying solutions and safer ways of working.

- Supporting the wider team on delivering Health and Safety initiatives across the business
- You will visit our build sites across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire to ensure we are embedding our Health and Safety culture and keeping our employees safe
- Coaching and advising managers, and training and inducting teams on managing the Health and Safety aspects of their day-to-day work
- Acting as a safety champion by promoting safe working practices and behaviours across our sites
- Supporting the development and maintain the HSEQ Management System aligned to ISO 45001, 14001, 9001
Here's why you'll be great in this role...
- You have previous experience working in a site based Health and Safety role
- Minimum of NEBOSH General or construction certificate
- You have managed incident investigations and root cause analysis
- If you have experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, or internal audit training, would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- You hold a Full UK driving licence
