- A strong track record operating as a Senior Business Analyst within digital or transformation environments
- Highly capable in eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements using Agile artefacts such as user stories and backlog management
- Comfortable working with CRM and ITSM platforms (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Confidence to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
- Proven ability to collaborate with architects and third‑party vendors to shape and deliver solutions
