Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for an Infrastructure Electrician with a head for extreme heights, to help us manage the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure builds on new and old mast sites. This role will be working around Yorkshire.

Here's why you'll love this role…

  • You will be connecting power from the DNO or the local supplies across rural Yorkshire.
  • Traveling to transmitter sites and mast locations, work outside in the countryside and at height.
  • You will assess if there are any potential hazards on the job sheet and undertake a dynamic risk assessment to ensure the job is safe.
  • Maintain and upgrade new power supply systems within our network.
  • Undertake maintenance of sites, fixing equipment when broken and decommission of sites and site surveys for new sites.

Here's why you'll be great in this role…

  • You have already got experience in a similar role, this could be in the telecoms industry, or military.
  • You are comfortable and confident working as part of a team and independently.
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors regularly.
  • Hold an 18th Edition qualification and have testing and inspecting knowledge.
  • Ideally hold IPAF Licence.
  • Experience with DC equipment, installation and design.
  • You will hold a Full UK Clean Driving Licence.

This is a full-time role and will be on the 24 x 7 x 365 rota, to ensure swift resolutions to network faults.
