Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a PIA Coordinator to support the development of our fibre and fixed wireless network. In this role, you’ll maintain a strong working relationship with Openreach, ensuring we meet business needs as well as safety, availability, and regulatory requirements.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…
- Raising and managing blockage issues through to completion using the Blockage Self Provide Orders (SPO) process.
- Managing a group mailbox, coordinating and responding to PIA-related queries from across the business.
- Assisting and supporting the PIA Lead Coordinator with day-to-day operational delivery.
- Submitting and progressing Build Complete Orders in line with Notices of Intent (NOIs).
- Raising and managing Network Adjustment Orders.
- Tracking and reporting on order progression to ensure timely delivery.
- Raising Notices of Intent (NOIs) and maintaining accurate Openreach system updates.
- Responding to PIA Candid defects and liaising with Openreach to ensure swift resolution.
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
- Previous experience in a PIA Coordinator or similar network coordination role.
- Understanding of PIA networks and Openreach systems (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach to work.
- Proven administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, with experience in tracking and reporting systems.
