Here’s why you’ll love this role… – Lead on the integration of health and safety into business planning, project management, and operations – Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, developing and maintaining frameworks, policies and procedures – Oversee audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively – Champion a strong health and safety culture throughout the organisation – Develop and deliver communication and training strategies to embed best practices Here’s why you’ll be great in this role… – Extensive experience in health and safety, including in a senior leadership role – NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety – Membership of IOSH or equivalent – Experience in high risk industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, energy, transport) is preferred – Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
