Finance Business Partner – Margin Assurance

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we\’re looking for a Margin Assurance Lead to support our margin protection and enhancement initiatives.

Here\’s why you\’ll love this role…
– Own and enhance the margin assurance framework, ensuring margin leakage is identified, quantified, and addressed
– Perform root cause analysis of margin variances, working with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective actions
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights to drive decisionmaking
– Support contract negotiations by providing financial insight and commercial challenge
– Provide forwardlooking analysis (external market analysis, benchmarking, competitor analysis, predictive modelling) to identify issues and guide development

– Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
– Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
– Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and engage at all levels
