Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer-obsessed people, and we're looking for a HR Advisor to support and advise Quickline's HR function, playing a key role in delivering a positive and effective employee experience.

- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters
- Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and management information to support decision-making
Here's why you'll be great in this role…
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
- Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries and grievances
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of UK employment law (or relevant local legislation)
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards), with CIPD Level 5 desirable
