  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters
  • Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and management information to support decision-making

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
  • Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law (or relevant local legislation)
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards), with CIPD Level 5 desirable
