Here's why you'll love this role…
- You'll lead and shape the HR Operations function, setting standards and improving how HR supports the business.
- Own and enhance the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Play a key role in implementing a new HRIS and driving digital transformation.
- Plan and coordinate line manager training on core HR policies, processes and procedures to build confidence and consistency in people management.
- Work closely with leaders to influence decision-making through people insights and data.
Here's why you'll be great in this role…
- Strong background in HR operations with experience leading or managing a team.
- Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Confident handling employee relations cases and advising managers in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience improving HR processes, service delivery or operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, data, reporting and operational metrics.
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, employment law and compliance requirements.
