Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer-obsessed people, and we are looking for an HR Advisor to join Quicklines HR function, playing a key role in delivering a positive and effective employee experience.
If advising managers with confidence, supporting Employee Relations cases, and helping HR processes run smoothly gets you out of bed in the morning, and making a real difference to the employee experience puts a smile on your face, we would love to hear from you. This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
Heres why youll love this role:
- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters
- Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation, invoices, data entry into the HRIS
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes, including wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate
Heres why youll be great in this role:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
- Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries and grievances
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or above (or working towards) would be beneficial
