- Shape the company's financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
- Provide timely, high-quality financial insight that informs critical business decisions at the board and executive level.
- Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence across operations, reporting, and controls.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and key partners.
- Oversee capital management, cash flow optimisation, and risk mitigation to protect and grow organisational assets.
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership.
- Able to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for executive teams and the board.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, optimise capital efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results.
- Skilled at mentoring and motivating finance professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact.
