Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people. As part of our desk team, you’ll play a vital role in contacting rural communities. You’ll be instrumental in representing and promoting the Quickline brand in our new build areas and be the backbone of our presence, facilitating sign‑ups for our exceptional deals. Your role ensures our engagement with potential customers remains seamless and effective, even from behind the desk.
Responsibilities- Speak with residents in rural areas and complete sales while advising on the most appropriate package for them.
- Update and maintain our CRM systems with customer information.
- Act as a Quickline ambassador in the communities we serve.
- Provide full training for new members; prior exposure to the telecommunications sector would be helpful.
- Proven experience in hitting sales targets, ideally in a telesales role.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and experience dealing with the public and/or potential customers.
- Ability to learn about technical products and services and articulate key benefits to potential customers.
- Ability to maintain CRM records and store customer outcomes and feedback in accordance with GDPR.

This role is based full time onsite at Willerby, Hull. Please note: You must have the right to work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role.
