Our mission depends on inspiring, customer‑obsessed people, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised Business Support Assistant to support the Executive Assistant and Executive Leadership Team with smooth day‑to‑day coordination.   • Support the management of multiple diaries and inboxes, ensuring priorities are clear, conflicts are resolved and schedules run smoothly.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, producing high‑quality presentations, documents and reports.
  • Raise purchase orders, process expenses and support general administrative processes.
  • Provide facilities support when required, including office coordination, supplier liaison and issue escalation.
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant, supporting additional duties as and when required.
