What you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
  • Oversee the full management process - from the point of advertising a property, moving the tenant in right through to when the tenants leave.
  • Handle maintenance requests promptly, liaising with contractors and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords, providing clear, professional communication.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
  • Drive results by meeting key performance targets.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 years experience in property management, lettings or property sales.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A problem-solver with initiative and resilience - someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional, respectful approach that puts people at the centre of everything you do.
  • Full UK driving licence.
