We’re looking for a Website Project Manager to join our remote team and lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of client websites from start to finish.

You’ll be the key link between our clients, designers, developers, and SEO teams, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and launches successfully. From kickoff to go-live, you’ll make sure each website meets our quality standards and helps our clients grow.

If you’re organized, love collaborating with creative and technical teams, and enjoy turning client goals into great digital experiences, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage website projects end-to-end, from client onboarding to final delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the website build process.
  • Create and manage project timelines, task assignments, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Review site designs, copy, and functionality to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate updates, manage feedback rounds, and guide clients through revisions.
  • Track progress using project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable.
  • Anticipate risks or blockers and proactively propose solutions.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience managing website or digital marketing projects (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of web design and development workflows (WordPress knowledge a plus).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website performance best practices.
  • A proactive, solution-driven attitude — you don’t just identify problems, you fix them.
