As an SEO Services Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for 50+ clients, ensuring their SEO goals are met through strategic planning, expert communication, and seamless execution. What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO account management, with a strong track record of managing multiple clients and achieving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, including keyword research, content optimization, backlink strategies, and technical SEO.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to clients in an understandable way.
  • Experience in upselling and preparing proposals for additional services such as backlink and technical SEO packages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Client Management:

  • Manage 50+ client accounts, serving as the main point of contact via email and video calls.
  • Address client questions about SEO progress, reporting, and strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct kick-off calls with new clients, explaining the SEO strategy, setting expectations, and gathering necessary inputs.

Strategy Development:

  • Plan and oversee SEO strategies for clients, working closely with the SEO specialist to align keywords for AI-generated content.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a data-driven approach in all strategies and recommendations.

Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell backlink and technical SEO packages, preparing proposals and presenting them during client calls.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and guide a team of two members: a data entry specialist responsible for manual client posting, and an SEO specialist handling keyword research.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high-quality output from the team.

Reporting:
