As ourGoogle Ads Campaign Manager, your mission is simple: run Google Ads like a pro and drive massive impact from day one.

We’re not looking to train someone up – we’re looking for a seasoned expert with the scars (and wins) to prove it.

You’ll be setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with precision, bringing deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, CRM tracking integrations, and performance-driven strategy.

If you’ve been running high-performing Google Ads accounts for 4+ years, thrive on data, sweat the small stuff, and communicate with clarity—this is the role you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of Google Ads strategy and execution across multiple home service clients
• Set up, monitor, and optimize search, display, video, and local service campaigns
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GA4 and CRM tracking integrations
• Conduct in-depth performance audits and provide clear, actionable insights
• Report results and strategies with confidence—no fluff, just facts

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Deep expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, tag implementation, and CRM integrations
• Outstanding attention to detail—you catch what others miss
• Clear and fluent written and spoken English (non-negotiable)
• A data-first mindset and a relentless drive for results
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with confidence

Bonus Points

• Experience running ads for home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and major CRMs
• Proven success scaling ad budgets profitably past six figures
