As a Warehouse and Distribution Manager, you'll use your knowledge and experience to oversee all warehouse operations and distribution activities, ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective storage and movement of goods. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimising inventory control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous operational improvement across the business. Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing warehouse teams Managing warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and business requirements Driving continuous improvement through effective use of systems, data, and performance metrics Experience leading warehouse and distribution operations. Strong organisational, planning, and people-management skills. Good understanding of health and safety practices and warehouse management systems (WMS). Counter Balance FLT Licence and First Aid certification are advantageous.
