Quick Staff UK is recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy recruitment team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied role combining recruitment, administration, candidate management and customer service. You'll spend much of your day using recruitment databases, job boards, email and other online systems, so strong IT and administration skills are essential. Previous recruitment experience would be useful but isn't essential. We're more interested in finding someone who is organised, confident with technology, comfortable speaking to people and able to manage a busy workload accurately. For the right person, this is a great opportunity to learn the recruitment industry and develop into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Searching recruitment databases and job boards for suitable candidates
  • Advertising vacancies across online job boards
  • Reviewing CVs and applications
  • Speaking with candidates by telephone, email and messaging
  • Carrying out initial candidate screening
  • Registering candidates and ensuring records are accurate and complete
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment database
  • Checking candidate availability for temporary assignments
  • Coordinating interviews, registrations and start dates
  • Completing general recruitment administration
  • Supporting with live vacancies
  • Responding to candidate queries professionally and promptly

Key Requirements

  • Strong IT skills – essential
  • Good administration and data-entry skills – essential
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, email and online systems
  • Fast and accurate when working with computer-based information
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise a busy and changing workload
  • Confident speaking with candidates from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
  • Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience would be advantageous
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hours & Pay

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • £12.71 - £13.50 per hour
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
