Based in Ystrad Mynach and established since 2014, Quick Staff UK is growing — and we’re looking for a sales-orientated recruiter who can build and manage a temp desk while supporting existing clients. If you’re fed up with red tape, low commission, or being held back — this is a genuine opportunity to step up.
The Role:
- Build and run your own 360 temp desk
- Win new business and grow client relationships
- Fill roles quickly across industrial / warehouse / manufacturing / contact centre / office support
- Manage bookings, compliance and candidate onboarding
- Support and develop existing accounts
- Develop and fill permanent vacancies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven temp recruitment experience
- Ability to build and grow a desk
- Strong work ethic and commercial mindset
- Ambition and a strong-will to win
- Local market knowledge is a bonus
What you’ll get:
- £28k–£30k basic (OTE £33k - £42k)
