Quick Staff UK is looking for an experienced and driven Booster & Foul Pump Senior Engineer to support the growth of our client’s business, which is based in the Uxbridge area. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role within a forward-thinking company, playing a key part in operations, technical delivery, and business development. You’ll work alongside the division supervisor to help build the team and drive performance, while also handling quotations and client relationships when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and service booster pump and sewage systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain high service standards.
  • Support the training and development of junior engineers.
  • Contribute to plans for team expansion and performance improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring team output and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Assist with writing and delivering quotations as needed.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working with booster and sewage pump systems.
  • Confined Space Certification (essential).
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and regulatory knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to participate in OOH (Out of Hours) rota (1 in every 4 weeks).
