Quick Staff UK are recruiting for General Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Blackwood area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a busy and growing factory environment. The role will involve supporting production operations, handling materials, packing products, and maintaining high standards across the factory floor. Full training will be provided, although previous manufacturing or warehouse experience would be beneficial. This assignment is expected to last until the end of June (possibly longer). Key Responsibilities * General factory and production duties * Packing and palletising products * Loading and unloading materials * Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards * Supporting production targets and deadlines * Following health & safety procedures at all times Key Requirements * Reliable and hardworking attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Good timekeeping and attendance * Previous factory or warehouse experience desirable but not essential * Ability to work every other Saturdays Hours of Work First 2 weeks: Tuesday to Friday – 06:00am to 16:00pm Following 8 weeks: Monday to Friday – 07:30am to 16:00pm + Saturday every other week (Saturday paid at x1.5) Pay Rate £12.71 per hour Interested?
