Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumbing & Installation Technician to join a well-established environmental services business specialising in the installation, servicing and maintenance of Grease Removal Units (GRUs) and associated commercial kitchen equipment.

If you have experience working on commercial plumbing systems, installing grease management equipment or servicing GRUs, we'd love to hear from you.

Working across customer sites throughout London, the Midlands and surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing grease management systems used within commercial kitchens, food production facilities and hospitality environments.

This is a varied, field-based position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, servicing and maintenance of Grease Removal Units (GRUs)
  • Commercial plumbing installations, pipework and fittings
  • Installation and maintenance of dosing systems and wall-mounted pumps
  • Fault finding, diagnostics and repair work
  • Preventative maintenance to minimise equipment downtime
  • Completing digital job reports using mobile apps and customer portals
  • Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety requirements
  • Travelling to customer sites across London and the Midlands
  • Occasional overnight stays when required

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Teams and mobile reporting apps
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • CSCS Card (advantageous but not essential)
